Full estate planning services available online — no need to take time off work or rearrange your schedule.
Most comprehensive trust-based estate plans for individuals and couples generally fall within this range, depending on complexity, asset structure, and planning goals.
Because every family's circumstances are unique, we begin with an initial consultation to determine the appropriate scope of planning before any fees are quoted.
Your quoted fee covers the full scope of work agreed upon at your consultation — document drafting, review meetings, revisions, signing coordination, and follow-up guidance on funding your trust and maintaining your plan over time.
There are no surprise invoices. If your needs change in scope during the process, any adjustment is discussed and agreed upon in writing before additional work begins.
Meetings, consultations, and advisory work are billed at $450 per hour unless otherwise quoted in writing. This applies to standalone consultations, trustee guidance sessions, and work outside of a fixed-fee engagement.
Fee ranges are provided for general guidance only and do not constitute a quote or engagement agreement. All fees are confirmed in writing prior to the commencement of any work. Representation begins only upon execution of a written engagement agreement.
